Melbourne’s Genovese Coffee is known throughout the city for its 50-year history of supplying its signature Super Brazil blend. What’s not as well known is the work of their specialty division – Ben Toovey, Pat Connolly, Trent Heffer, and Emilio Genovese – who go to great lengths to find and roast and exceptional origins in small quantities.
