Indigenous stories have been told in Victoria for over 30,000 years, passed on from one generation to the next in 38 different languages.
Through the important work of the Victorian Aboriginal Corporation for Languages, these languages and stories are being revived and reclaimed by indigenous Victorians. The stories in this publication are some of the creation stories of the Kulin Nation, the traditional owners of the land on which Melbourne was founded.
Actual Size very privileged to design this publication and contribute to the work being done on the preservation of Indigenous languages.
