The Melbourne Centre for Nanofabrication is a cutting-edge scientific collaborative venture led my Monash University.
Nanofabrication is the science of making very useful things on a very small scale—down to 1/100,000 of a human hair width. It seemed fitting, then, that when the time came to commission a visual identity for their new purpose-built facility, they came to a company called—wait for it—Actual Size.
Our design kept things in the science realm with an homage to Einstein’s universal equation, while maintaining a bold, credible look for this important and forward-thinking establishment. Dare we say, it was no small achievement.
